About the album

Stylistically, the album is similar to Feeder's 2001 album Echo Park. The album was apparently influenced by the Gran Turismo video games. It was the only album released under Taste Media, released under this label due to Syco Records, who had released all of Carl's discography until this point, did not let him release anything "rocky", partially due to Simon Cowell's disliking of rock, but mostly due to fear that releasing an alternative rock album would decrease the popularity of Carl, resulting in lower record sales. A world tour from late 2003 to early 2005 happened with Carl visiting the following countries
